The charming holiday home “El Cortijo” is located in La Oliva, in the beautiful island Fuerteventura, and impresses guests with its beautiful outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated for an extra fee) and comfortable lounge areas.
Our pool is salt water.
The pool is prepared with climate control upon request 48 hours before your arrival to heat the water and, with a daily supplement to be consulted with the host.
The 105m2 house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed, 2 with double beds), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and cable television.
The house also offers a spacious open terrace with a covered lounge area ideal to relax with a glass of wine in the evening, a generous pool ideal to swim and relax on particularly warm days, a covered dining area with a dining table and even a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes.
The closest restaurant is just 230m away (3 minutes walking), while the nearest supermarket is 600m away (7 minutes on foot).
The closest beaches , Playa de Corralejo Viejo, Playa del Medio and Playa de la Barreta can all be reached after 10 minutes driving.
They are ideal to take a dip in the sea, relax on the sand with a good book and leave all your worries behind.
If you wish to do something different on a warm day you can have a fun day at Acua Water Park, just a 6-minute drive away.
Nature lovers will enjoy the nature reserves Parque Natural de Corralejo (14 minutes driving; 11km) and the national park Volcanes del Bayuyo (15 minutes away by car; 7.5km).
The airport of the island can be reached after 30 minutes driving.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Wir hatten drei traumhafte Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist exklusiv, hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, alles war in einem einwandfreien Zustand.

The property was lovely, it would have been good if we told in advance that we had to pay an extra €6 per day to heat the pool. The pool was cold and dirty for most of the first week. The pillows were too thin and one double bed needs mattress changing due to sagging. Juan was very helpful and answered all questions quickly.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Die zentrale Lage bietet mit einem Mietauto gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist genauso wie im Angebot beschrieben, sauber, geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattet. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp. Fußläufig gut erreichbar ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf.
Der Pool war entgegen der Angabe in der Beschreibung unbeheizt. Ausser einer kleinen Pizzeria im Ort fußläufig keine Möglichkeit für Restaurantbesuche, wofür der Vermieter jedoch nichts kann.
