Spacious and modern Penthouse by the sea

Everything was according to photos and videos, even better in reality. Really well maintained and equiped. AC in every room, very useful with Levante wind. Pilar´s follow up has been excelent. We will be back for sure.

We stayed in the flat towards the end of september so the resort was very quiet as a lot of the tourists had left already and we really appreciated how quiet it was. It was very clean and didn't feel at all like your typical tourist rental but like a home that has been loved and cared for. The decor is pleasant, the terraces nice with very usable space and the whole place was bigger than we had expected. The master bedroom is spacious and the bathroom lovely (and again, clean). The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one can ask for. The owner was super accommodating from start to finish and lovely to deal with. All in all a lovely place in a nice setting

From the moment we arrived we felt in love with this property and the surroundings . Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Not only the location is perfect but you get the treat of all of these special features that are in a Smart Apartment. Can enjoy the bright light from all the windows or sleep-in in the morning with complete darkness provided by the automatic blinds at the touch of a button. Peaceful with large size terrace where families enjoy their meals together with a view of the complex and the sea at a very short walking distance. Security system, A/C and Wi-Fi made everyone in the family happy. The large size master bathroom upstairs is a woman's dream come true, combined with the large bedroom and the sunbathing terrace, makes the ideal private suit for the adults. This was much better than the 5 star resort we stayed in Orlando, FL. The owners are wonderful, Pilar will answer any questions your might have in English or Spanish. I will have wonderful memories of this whole experience forever and will come back to this apartment whenever we travel back to Spain.

El ático es estupendo, algunas de las cosas más destacables: - Tiene dos terrazas amplias para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre en la primera planta; en la parte superior te encuentras con un solarium con tumbonas cómodas para tomar el sol, leer, etc. - Disfrutas de la comodidad de la domótica en el apartamento. - Tienes zonas comunes muy buenas y tranquilas (además del garaje, ascensor, las tres habitaciones, etc. - En el apartamento encontrarás libros, juegos de mesa ... todos los utensilios de cocina (batidora, olla a presión, cafetera, tostadora ...) , sin olvidarnos de TV, equipo Hi-Fi, wi-fi... - Disponibilidad y buena comunicación por parte de la propietaria en la resolución de cualquier duda o imprevisto durante la estancia. ... Con todos estos elementos, solo puedo decir que nos hemos sentido como en casa, en un lugar confortable, y al que sin duda nos gustaría poder volver muy prontito :)
