Parents were very happy with the place.and said owner was very charming and helpful. Every thing in walking distance of apartment. Would use it again.

We stayed in the ground floor two bedroom apartment of the villa. The owner was easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. It was situated in a lovely street very close to both of La Zenia's two blue flag beaches, but was in walking distance of at least 4 beaches. The main beach had a beach bar, toilets, sun loungers to hire and water sports (pedlos, banana boat rides and jetskis). Within walking distance was a fantastic shop which sold everything you need for a two week holiday, in addition to lots of bars and restaurants. There was plenty of interesting places to visit close by, we visited Aqua-Park in Rojales - which was excellent value for money, Torreveja on a Friday night had a street market and fairground - the atmosphere was amazing. The villa's pool area was outstanding and kept very clean, all the furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The villa's management in La Zenia was a lovely man called Douglas, he couldn't have been more helpful, fixing the broken shower head, trying to fix the broken dishwasher and buying me a new pillow to replace the tired worn out one. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the villa. The Wifi & English TV was useful for our two teenagers. Having Aircon in the main living areas and ceiling fans in the bedrooms was perfect as when we stayed it was very hot. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would even return again ourselves.

This property is fabulous and very reasonable. I was actually more pleasantly surprised on arrival as the photos Don't do it quite as much justice as it deserves. It is also a stones throw from A lovely beach which was perfect for watching the sunrise/ sunset. The town itself was lovely and again the apartment within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and bars. Delighted with our stay and hope to be back again next year.
