CHECK IN- CHECK OUT:
Check-in : between 16h00 and 19h00, based on availability cleaning.
Check in, it is exclusively at our office (Carrer Major nº29, 43840 Salou, Iberplaya SL). We did not move to the address of the apartment for check-in. However the check is carried out on the floor, at the time indicated by the receptionists.
If you arrive late, inform you in advance how to proceed with the delivery of keys and pay for accommodation. Subject to supplement.

Departure times: between 9h00 and 10h00, according to information from our receptionists on arrival.
In case of departure before 9h00. You have to report on arrival receptionists. The deposit will be charged only on credit card and will be returned to credit card after we have make an inspection in the apartment.
