Prices are per week. Special rates for longer periods. 25% of price (minimum of €150) of the holiday, is required as a deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance is due to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. €500/£500 refundable deposit for damage and keys.
Check-in time from 1600 hrs Check-out by 1000 hrs unless otherwise agreed with me. I am flexible on the your length of stay, for example 8 or 10 nights,and this means you can shop around for the cheapest flights. Payment in Euro €.
Travel insurance is not included in the price.
Maid service at an extra cost.
Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.
Winter let discount are available please contact me for a tailor made price. Longer stays considered (1 - 6 months)

Michelle was quite simply amazing. A group of 11 ladies stayed for a hen do I arranged. From start to finish Michelle helped with everything. Michelle met us at the property on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. She arranged for drinks and snacks to be in the villa for our arrival as we got there bang on lunch time. The villa was perfectly clean, the views are just breath taking. A fantastic location and would recommend to anyone. The villa is up a bit of a steep hill and at the bottom of that hill is a big Aldi. Michelle had already provided me with local taxi numbers so we did use them a few times on the shop runs. Michelle also helped arrange a night out for us all and then a chef Vanessa to come and cook us paella in the comfort of our own villa. We had the best weekend and it was all down to the best host and most amazing villa. Can’t thank Michelle enough and it’s a great location for big or small groups

Stayed at Michelle's villa with my friends for a graduation trip and it was everything we could ever dream of and more. Michelle was very kind in organising an airport transfer straight to the villa which was super helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area.The villa itself and the pool area are beautiful and provide the perfect environment to totally chill out and enjoy evening meals in a big group. Everything we needed to provide for ourselves was available and anything we needed Michelle was happy to drop off. It's nearby to a big supermarket just down the road but apart from that we never wanted to leave the house! If you wanted to do day trips public transport to Malaga town is easy to get accesss. Honestly so idyllic, cannot recommend staying here enough.

My friends and I stayed at Michelle's villa for 5 nights and had a lovely time. Everything exactly as we expected. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We happily stayed most of our time next to the pool in the garden which is well guarded from the wind. The beach is only a short walk away, as is the conveniently located Aldi. Michelle was also a great host, and was very helpful in organising an airport transfer for us.

We really could not fault the villa in any way. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, showers excellent and kitchen well equipped. We were able to have a really relaxing and sociable stay - thoroughly recommended.
