A great shopping complex is 10 mins away. There is a Waitrose/Iceland supermarket and the Irish store Dunnes just 10 mins away.

Casa Sara is a very homey house and our stay was great. Next to the golf course, close to Mijas Cala and home to one of the most beautiful beach areas. The house has convenience you want (dishwasher, oven, microwave etc). The terrace is spacious with a great (side)view on the sky of the setting sun. The beds are very good quality and the shower provides a large stream of hot water. One little remark is that the shower is cramped, but if you need more space you also can take a shower in the bathtub as there is a full size bathtub!

We have stayed in many holiday homes and Casa Sara is up there as one of the best It was so lovely presented and immaculate on arrival. Sally and Axel had even supplied a welcome pack. They were in touch with us almost immediately to find out if anything was ok and if they could help in anyway. Such lovely service.

We have been back a week now and had a really lovely stay at Casa Sara. Upon arrival the house was beautifully clean and had a lovely welcome pack all ready for us. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need. The rooms were all of a good size and were stylishly furnished to a high standard. A Selection of books, dvds and cds are all available to use which is a really nice touch. The pools is only a few metres away and was never very busy and available to use from 9am -10pm. I have never booked anything other than all inclusive before so booking all in bits was a bit scary, flights, car hire, accommodation etc, but with the recommend for the car hire from Sally and the brilliant communication from her the holiday went like a dream. Our nine nights just went too quickly, the lovely sunsets on the terrace, eating breakfast and lunch outside, all lovely and relaxing. If we ever find ourselves back in Mijas we will certainly return. The site is very pretty and extremely well maintained, all in all a lovely place to stay. Many many thanks Sally and Axel.

This is a lovely property in a very pretty area. It was very secure, clean and comfortable. We had a great welcome pack which you do not often get in private properties so we did not need to go the supermarket as soon as we arrived like we normally do. It was good being able to go up into the house from the garage. The owners were very easy to speak to and very helpfull, they even checked with us mid stay to see if everything was ok. We had a very relaxing stay here. The large balcony has very nice views with full sunshine from about 11 am until sunset. It does have a road which runs in front of it but you are up higher and it is not a busy road. The complex is full of beautiful flowers and properties but is built on a hill so lots of steps, not for people who have walking difficulties. There is only one cafe/bar within walking distance (which serves good food) so you do need a car to get around but be aware the garage entrance is narrow so bigger cars may have a problem. We would not hesitate to book this house again if we return to this area. Thank you both for letting us use your beautiful home. Angela
