An absolutely wonderful holiday is over. We really enjoyed staying in the house for 2 weeks. Everything works and the service from the hosts is amazing. I definitely hope to come back.

Spacious villa set in residential location. No real local amenities - definitely need a car to get around. Big rooms, although furniture quite basic. Nice pool, which was heated, although a little small - felt quite overcrowded with 3 teenagers! Pool furniture/towels were a bit old and there were no parasols - bit of a problem in the summer heat!!! Gardens are overlooked by houses/flats opposite, so whilst the location is very quiet, it didn't feel that private. Views of golf course were nice, although villa is next to some waste ground which was not so scenic. Management team are very helpful - but check whether or not there is a charge for services. We got caught out with unexpected costs and did not get all of our deposit back. Ayamonte is lovely - very Spanish. Be sure to bring a phrase book.

We welcome your feedback and are very glad that you had a nice time. We are a little surprised to see a description of our furniture as basic, as the majority has been imported from the high end range of Marks & Spencer, the bedroom furniture is solid oak and there is a Flexform coffee table in the lounge. The description of our pool as a little small is also surprising. It has a 5 metre by 10 metre water surface area and is one of the largest pools in Costa Esuri! The apartments that can be seen from the villa are over 200 metres away. Our personal view is that we like there being a vacant plot next door as this gives us an uninterrupted view of amazing sunsets. We understand you feel aggrieved at the small charges that have been levied, and as you know this is something we have previously discussed.

Fantastic Villa. Peaceful. Fully equipped, clean and pool was star attraction for the 4 teenagers.

We stayed in the Villa in August 2015 and i can say nice things about the villa... Pictures are like reality. The garden & pool are is perfect for childrends and adults and you will enjoy it a lot. All the things in the villa are in inmaculate conditions, and we specially appreciate the effort of the owners to make us enjoy our holidays. I have rent a lot of villas for my holidays and if youre thinking abour this one, you will do the best decission. We will repeat. John - August 2015
