The whole complex is wheelchair accessible and suitable for elderly people. The apartment is the only one on the 4th floor with lift access directly to the front door.
The apartment boasts an 80sqm terrace with spectacular panoramic views. The communal gardens are extensive and full of trees, plants and flowers. The terrace also has a large tiled table, 2 sunbeds and smaller chairs and table.
This accommodation is set in a beautiful complex full of green vegetation and grassed areas. The 2 swimming pools, each have a separate children's pool, the nearest pool to the penthouse also has a jacuzzi. Both pools have lifeguards on duty from the 15/06 to the 15/09. Access to the beach is private and via the pool area.
The apartment has satellite TV with BBC channels and other premium channels.

What a lovely surprise, the photographs do not do the penthouse justice. Not only was it spotless it was far more spacious than appears on the photos. The massive balcony afforded totally privacy and the comfort of eating outside in a lovely shaded area with sun all day long if you wanted it. The pool area was spotlessly clean and the gardens etc were very well maintained, It was a 10 minute stroll to the promenade where the choice of restaurants and bars allows you to have the type of holiday you want. If you want to visit this area I would suggest you stop your search now and book this place if it’s free. It was so nice that after being home for a day we booked again for next year, that is a first for us. Antonio made the booking so easy and responds to any questions or confirms payments really quickly. Thank you and see you next year.

Antonio’s apartment is excellent. It’s in a good position 10 minuets walk into Torrox. We’ve stayed there twice now and are looking forward to returning next year

We spent ten days here with friends. We rent holiday apartments on a regular basis and this is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of facilities and location. The interior is extremely comfortable and the pool area is clean and well maintained. Antonio was the perfect host and the whole process of booking and access was perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough - it was perfect in every sense.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 teenage sons in the apartment for one week in July 2017. The apartment is equipped with all necessary inventory in order to have a pleasant stay. The apartment complex is spacious with nice pool. The apartment complex is located next to the beach. Highly recommended apartment. Thanks to Antonio for professional handling of the rental details.
