El Campanario is ideally located just 10 mins drive west of world-famous Puerto Banus and Marbella on the New Golden Mile, and 7 kms from Benahavis the gourmet capital of the Costa del Sol! The typical Andalusian architecture is set amongst award-winning designed tropical gardens. There are 3 outdoor communal swimming pools and a small pool for children with showers just a few steps away from the apartment. The whole complex is secure with both gates and a 24 hour guard. Parking is available both adjacent to our ground-floor apartment but also in an underground car-park with lift or stair access.
The El Campanario Golf and Country Club is open to members and non-members alike for access to the restaurant and bar. Other facilities (9 hole golf course, tennis, gymnasium, spa, indoor pool, sauna etc.) are available for a fee. Please enquire. The Club also offers yoga classes, massages and children’s activities during main holidays.
The apartment has been completely redecorated and is presented in an almost new condition. The kitchen is brand new with new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large sofa and additional sofa-bed in the lounge area and can therefore accommodate up to six people. Patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom lead onto the spacious West-facing terrace for afternoon and evening sun. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and full baths with shower attachment. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds with high quality mattresses. There are large fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms with both drawer and hanging-space. Both bedrooms and lounge have remote-controlled automated exterior window shutters.

The apartment has hot and cold air, free broadband internet / WiFi and a safe in the master bedroom. In the lounge, UK and many other TV channels are available via the internet and computer provided.
The property is ideally situated midway between Malaga and Gibralter Airports, less than 1 hours drive, and all of the local amenities are easily accessed, just a few hundred meters away, with a large variety of shops, small supermarket and restaurants. Two larger supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. The public beach can be accessed either by walking, approx 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.
El Campanario's exclusive 9 hole, par 27 golf course was designed by Manuel Pinero - one of Spain's most talented golfers, with 21 national and international victories under his belt - and inaugurated in 2003. With each hole boasting its own distinctive characteristics the course is ideal for players of all levels and abilities and even the most experienced will enjoy the challenges it presents. Interspersed with lakes, fountains and other pleasing water features bisected by the gently meandering Arroyo Dos Hermanas stream and sensitively planted with Mediterranean species such as mature olive trees, the course is totally at one with the splendor of its natural surroundings. Other services and facilities include a putting green, Pro-shop, individual, semi-individual and group coaching as well as club and handcart hire.

Please do not keep the air-conditioning on the whole time of your stay as it will cost more than 50 Euros. Any amount in excess of 50 Euros as measured will be requested from your deposit. For UK based customers who prefer to pay in GBP please contact us as we can also accept such a payment in the UK. A final clean is included but we do reserve the right to make a charge if our furnishings are subject to heavy soiling beyond "normal" use. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Keys will be provided at the report on arrival on production of agreed identity card / passport.|
