• TIVOLI Park in Benalmádena: 5 km. The largest theme park on the Costa del Sol
• Next to Tivoli Park is the CABLE CAR, which brings you from Benalmádena to the TOP of the MOUNTAIN Calamorroto at 770 meter, offering a breath-taking panoramic view of Sierra Nevada and Gibraltar. On a clear day you can even see Morocco. You can also enjoy shows with birds of prey and various facilities.
• ACTIVITIES: In the neighbourhood of the apartment you’ll find the Selwo Sea LIVE PARK. The Dolphinarium of the Selwo Marina Delfinarium consists of extensive terracing from which you can comfortably view the DOLPHIN and SEA LION exhibitions
• Also well worth a visit are the beautiful landscaped ZOO in Fuengirola, the water parks AQUAPARK Mijas and AQUAPARK Torremolinos.
• At 45 minutes by car you’ll find the famous Selwo Adventure PARK in Estepona.
• Marbella: 40 km, with its “Casco Antiguo” the "Old Town", situated in the center and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style with structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and live music. The central attraction of the Old Town is the "Orange Square" or "La Plaza de los Naranjos". A fantastic place with lots of history and definitely worth a visit.

The Alhambra in Granada, the Mezquita in Córdoba and the Giralda in Seville are just some of the many beautiful examples of the famous Moorish architecture

TERMS OF RENTAL AND PAYMENT:
• INCLUDING: Bed linen / Towels / Energy / Water / WiFi / Private parking in closed Residential garage
• Day of arrival and departure is flexible, however in high season the CHANGEOVER is on SATURDAY
• CHECK-IN between 4 and 8 p.m.
• CHECK-IN between 8 and 11 p.m. is subject to an additional charge of € 25 to be paid cash on arrival to the key holder and between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. € 50. After 1 a.m. is no check-in anymore
• DEPARTURE TIME at any time before 10 a.m. Due to our cleaning team, it is not possible to check-out later than 10 a.m.
• A deposit of 50% is requested to secure the booking of the apartment
• The final balance is made 6 weeks before arrival, as well as the final cleaning and laundry costs, welcome and key service: € 160
• A returnable security deposit of € 250 is requested, which is made with the final balance and refunded within 14 days of your return
